By accessing budtobloom.com.au or purchasing any Bud to Bloom product (“Services”), you (“you” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Bud to Bloom by Vicki Walsh provides transformational mindset coaching, digital courses, and supportive communities for women aged 50+. All content is delivered under the proprietary B.L.O.O.M. Method™ framework.

• 6-week 1-to-1 coaching program (Bud to Bloom)
• Digital assessments, journals, and audio resources
• Masterclasses, workshops, or pop-up intensives
• Access to private client communities and live Q&A calls
Important: Coaching is educational and motivational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
3 · Pricing & Payment
• All fees are payable in AUSDT via Stripe or direct bank transfer.
• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
• Due to instant access to proprietary materials, digital products are non-refundable.
• For coaching services, a 7-day “cooling-off” period may apply where mandated by local consumer law.
4 · Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation
Late arrivals reduce your scheduled time; sessions end at the appointed time.
Sessions are booked through our online calendar.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
5 · Intellectual Property
All content—logos, copy, videos, worksheets, the B.L.O.O.M. Method™, and Radiant Reintegration™ process—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Bud to Bloom. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only.
We strive to facilitate profound change; however, results vary. Your progress depends on your commitment, actions, and personal circumstances. We make no guarantees of income, health, or relationship outcomes.
7 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bud to Bloom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if advised of such possibility.
8 · Privacy Reference
Your data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you consent to that policy.
9 · Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (or your local jurisdiction if different and mandatory). Any dispute shall be resolved in those courts.
